He has lived in the Lafayette Area, the town of Carencro, in Louisiana his entire life and he enjoys helping our area grow and expand.

Raised in Lafayette, LA, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. He began his career doing control work for the Louisiana-based fiber businesses Network USA & Sun America Communications. He then decided to broaden his career path into a field he has always had passion for, Real Estate. As an Acadiana resident for life, Ryan is an active member of the community and enjoys basketball, golf, and quality time with family. Having the skills and knowledge required for the process while being able to relate to the parties involved is the essential combination that sets agents apart.

After retiring from the Railroad Carroll ventured into Real Estate. He has been successful helping his clients since he received his license. He specializes in Residential Listings and Commercial Management. He currently has a variety of properties he manages and ask any of his current clients, he is great at what he does. He is an avid Golfer and enjoys helping his family and community with all their Real Estate needs.
